Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our existing skilled workforce within our house kit assembly workshop. This role requires you to undertake the production of bespoke elements for our range of Kit houses, using designs and drawings produced by our in-house Design Team. The successful applicant will be tasked with cutting, prepping and jointing timber to the highest standard using a variety of hand and fixed woodworking tools. Attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload to meet manufacturing deadlines will be key to this role.

Previous experience of woodworking techniques is desirable, however full training will be provided for the successful candidate. Applicants must be motivated, of smart appearance, reliable, possess good communication skills and be prepared to work in a team environment.

Being a long established Highland business, we offer competitive rates of pay relating to your experience and excellent staff discounts are available.

Our contracted standard working hours are 40 hours per week, 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am – 3.45pm on a Friday.
