About The Role

The Brand Home Host will deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience during tours, tastings, and events, sharing our heritage and brand story with passion. You will inspire and educate visitors, acting as an ambassador for the brand and company.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and guide them through distillery tours, providing a 5-star experience.
• Conduct tastings onsite and at events, ensuring brand message is communicated.
• Assist in the operation of the Brand Home shop, including welcoming shoppers, processing payments, recording bookings, and handling enquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.
• Report customer queries to the Senior Host promptly.
• Participate in brand training to enhance product knowledge and enthusiasm.

About You

• Friendly, confident, and engaging demeanor.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and digital.
• Previous experience in the drinks industry is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
