We are looking for a compassionate and reliable night care assistant to join our dedicated team. You will provide high quality care and support to our residents during the night, ensuring their comfort, dignity and safety at all times. You will be compassionate and patient, with a genuine interest in caring for older people and those with dementia.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist with toileting, repositioning and night time hygiene needs.
- Carrying out regular checks on residents – ensuring their safety and wellbeing throughout the night.
- Keep accurate records and documentation.
- Respond promptly to call bells.
- Help maintain a clean, calm and dignified environment for residents at all times.
