Caistor Yarborough Academy has an exciting opportunity to join its friendly and supportive administration team as a School Admin and Receptionist Apprentice.
This is a great chance to develop valuable administration and customer service skills within an educational setting, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

What You'll Do
- Welcoming visitors and carrying out reception duties in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Communicating effectively with parents, carers and other stakeholders
- Responding to and liaising with parents via email
- Printing teaching and learning resources
- Booking meetings and appointments for members of staff
- Using the school’s Management Information System (MIS) to support administrative processes
- Producing letters and other school correspondence
- Providing general administrative support and undertaking ad‑hoc office duties as required
