The predicted salary is between 20250 - 24750 £ per year.
Should the student leave the academy prior to 16th July 2027, you will be provided with relevant notice and your contract will end accordingly.
About You: Caister Academy are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to work closely with an individual KS4 student who has an Education, Health and Care Plan. You will bring patience, consistency and a strong understanding of how to support young people with neurodiverse profiles or attachment/developmental trauma, helping them to feel safe, confident and ready to learn. You will be someone who can build a trusting relationship, adapt learning tasks with sensitivity, and promote independence while offering calm, structured support. Strong communication skills, reliability and a commitment to inclusion are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with the SENDCo and class teachers. Our Ideal candidate will have:
- GCSE English and Maths, minimum Grade 4 or equivalent
