Internship location: CDPQ London, 70 Broadwick Street (4th floor), London, W1F 9QZ. All candidates must be able to work full‑time in the UK.
What you will do:
- Produce thorough fundamental, financial and sectoral analyses of securities in the portfolio and of new transactions.
- Help prepare required internal investment documentation (memos for investment committees, financial models, internal risk ratings, sector reports, etc.).
- Gather, analyze and summarize information on issuers to provide recommendations regarding the evolution of the risk-return profile of investments.
- Update and collaborate on improving portfolio management reports/tools.
- Attend various team meetings and participate in discussions on new potential investments.
- Contribute to all other related team tasks or projects.

What you bring:
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in finance, economy, accounting, etc.
- Proficient in analyzing financial statements and building financial models.
- Investment experience (internship, portfolio management, participation in investment funds) is an asset.
- Enrolled in a chartered or certified financial analyst program (CFA) is an asset.
- Comfortable with financial software (Excel, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.).
- Mastery of English and French, both spoken and written.
