Role Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations to guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring a high standard of presentation
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, including table setup and clearing
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
