  • Guest Assistance: Greet guests during late hours, assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Security: Maintain a vigilant presence throughout the property, monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards, and respond promptly to any security concerns or emergencies following established protocols.
  • Property Maintenance: Conduct regular patrols to identify and address maintenance issues such as broken fixtures or malfunctioning equipment; take appropriate action to resolve issues or raise them to the relevant department.
