Position Overview: As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the friendly face and main point of contact for our guests during their stay. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they step through the doors. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, reservations, and providing assistance with any guest requests or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Process check-outs efficiently, including settling bills and ensuring a positive departure experience.
- Manage reservations using our Property Management System (Guestline / Rezlynx experience is a plus).
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high standard of service and cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and special requests.
- Maintain a well-organised and tidy front desk area.

Qualifications:
- Relevant hotel or receptionist experience.
- Familiarity with a Property Management System (Guestline / Rezlynx experience is desirable).
