About the Role: Cairndale Hotel & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused Events Coordinator to join our team. Working within a busy hospitality environment, you will help plan, coordinate, and deliver exceptional weddings, conferences, corporate events, private functions, and special celebrations, ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality and events.

  • Manage event enquiries and support clients from initial enquiry through to event delivery.
  • Coordinate weddings, conferences, private dining events, celebrations, and seasonal hotel events.
  • Conduct venue show-rounds and assist with converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss event requirements, timelines, menus, room layouts, and special requests.
  • Prepare event documentation, function sheets, contracts, and schedules.
  • Communicate event details effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate suppliers, entertainers, and external contractors as required.
  • Attend events when necessary to oversee operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Support hotel showcases, wedding fairs, and promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate records, bookings, and client correspondence.

About You: Previous experience in events, hospitality, weddings, conferences, or customer service is desirable. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
