About the Role: Cairndale Hotel & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused Events Coordinator to join our team. Working within a busy hospitality environment, you will help plan, coordinate, and deliver exceptional weddings, conferences, corporate events, private functions, and special celebrations, ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality and events.
- Manage event enquiries and support clients from initial enquiry through to event delivery.
- Coordinate weddings, conferences, private dining events, celebrations, and seasonal hotel events.
- Conduct venue show-rounds and assist with converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Liaise with clients to discuss event requirements, timelines, menus, room layouts, and special requests.
