The Cairndale Spa, Scotland's newest and only 5 Bubble Luxury spa destination, is looking for an Assistant Spa Manager to join our award-winning team. Following incredible success since opening and with exciting growth plans for 2026, this is a rare opportunity to take on a leadership role within one of the country's most dynamic spa environments.
About the Role
As Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. You'll play a key role in motivating and developing our team, maintaining exceptional operational standards, and helping deliver new initiatives as our spa continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Spa Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences across all treatments, facilities, and spa journeys.
- Drive service standards, training, and staff development.
- Assist with scheduling, stock control, and operational administration.
- Contribute to achieving revenue targets and maximising guest spend.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and passion for wellness.
About You
- Previous spa or hospitality supervisory/management experience is essential.
- Passionate about luxury wellness and delivering 5-star service.
- A natural leader who can motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
