The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We require a Housing Services Assistant to provide high quality and customer focused service that covers all aspects of the tenancy and support to the customer. Duties include being responsible for processing housing applications and garage applications and maintain waiting lists in line with Cairn procedures and SLA’s, assisting the housing officers to identify prospective tenants and allocate properties within given timescales and providing first line basic advice on all tenancy related queries to ensure a consistent service.

The successful applicant should have 1-2years’ experience in a similar environment with experience of administration duties and communicating with customers over the phone, face to face and in writing.

A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.

Work pattern: 17.5 hours (Monday to Thursday 1.30pm – 5pm Friday 1pm – 4.30pm).
