Cairn Housing Association is recruiting a Housing Officer (Income) to join our team as part of our commitment to landlord health and safety compliance for tenants and residents in Scotland. You will provide an excellent Income Management Service and support debt recovery and welfare entitlement.
Reporting to the Income Manager, you will lead on housing management tasks, collaborate with partners, and ensure compliance with housing legislation while delivering high levels of customer service.
