About the Role: As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key part in supporting the kitchen team—stepping up in the absence of the Sous or Head Chef to help direct operations, ensure consistency, and deliver our delicious dishes with pride. You’ll take a hands-on role in daily food preparation, team support, and ensuring high standards across kitchen cleanliness, quality, and safety. You’ll also assist with inventory management, compliance, and motivating the team to meet performance and service standards. You’ll help coach and mentor the brigade to deliver best-in-class food while supporting the leadership team with the smooth running of the kitchen, whether it’s for a bustling restaurant service or a standout event experience.
