This is a maternity leave cover for the Marketing Executive position. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the Cairn brand across various marketing channels. This role entails developing brand campaigns for Cairn, executing communication strategies, and elevating brand awareness through strategic sponsorships. Collaboration with the marketing team and key stakeholders within the organisation will be central to achieving these objectives.
Objectives of this role:
- Collaborate in shaping and implementing a comprehensive 3-year marketing program for the Cairn brand, fostering internal cooperation and alignment throughout the organisation.
- Participate in the conception and execution of Cairn brand campaigns, ensuring their flawless execution.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of the Cairn communications strategy across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency across the organisation.
- Contribute to the creation & execution of an engaging sponsorship program that aligns with the business strategy and positions Cairn as a prominent Irish business.
- Manage the planning and execution of key corporate events for Cairn.
- Actively promote key elements of the Cairn sustainability strategy through dedicated marketing campaigns, weaving sustainability into the Cairn narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing creative briefs and providing guidance on creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications.
- Collaborate in conceptualising and implementing multichannel campaigns throughout the consumer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Assist in managing content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, adhering to budget guidelines, participating in events, and documenting business processes.
- Participate in the development and nurturing of the Cairn sponsorship portfolio, contributing to the activation of key sponsorship properties through marketing campaigns.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness and impact of existing marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis, and recommend optimisations as needed.
- Present concepts and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and engage with senior leaders regarding marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5+ years working in brand/marketing roles.
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Experience in brand strategy and communication.
- Experience in executing and supporting sponsorship activations.
- Experience in executing B2B events.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
