About the Role:
As a Venue Host at Cairn Group, you’ll be the face of our event space—welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism and ensuring every detail of their experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll take responsibility for reception duties and guest liaison during meetings and events, creating and delivering welcome packs, checking in attendees, and providing friendly, responsive service throughout the day.
You’ll also ensure the venue is set up to the highest standards, assist with opening and closing procedures, conduct regular checks for cleanliness and readiness, and prepare accurate invoices to support financial transparency.
