About the role: As a Spa Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face that starts and ends each guest's spa journey. You'll ensure every visitor feels relaxed, supported and looked after, helping to create a tranquil, luxurious, and memorable experience. You'll handle bookings, provide product and treatment advice, support the Spa Therapists, and process all transactions accurately - always with a warm and professional approach. You'll be key in encouraging repeat visits by building great rapport with guests and supporting retail sales. With excellent organisation and a calm, friendly demeanour, you'll make every interaction exceptional.

About you: You'll bring previous experience in a spa or similar guest-facing role, ideally with knowledge of spa services and products. Strong communication skills, including fluency in English. A confident, friendly and guest-focused personality. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling bookings and payments.
