About the Role: As Restaurant and Bar Manager at Cairn Group, you’ll take the lead in delivering a best-in-class dining experience—ensuring every service runs smoothly, your team performs brilliantly, and our guests leave happy. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food and service while driving customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and commercial performance. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day bar operations—leading your team to deliver outstanding service, managing stock and GP, and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
With vibrant, hands-on leadership, you’ll develop and support your team to consistently exceed expectations, meet service standards, and contribute to the restaurant’s ongoing success. You’ll also be responsible for recruitment, training, and motivation of the bar team, ensuring the bar runs efficiently and in line with licensing, health, and safety regulations. Whether it’s ensuring product quality, monitoring performance, or collaborating with your fellow managers, you’ll lead from the front and bring the bar to life. Whether managing the floor, reviewing guest feedback, or monitoring operational KPIs, you’ll balance people leadership with a strong commercial focus to deliver excellent results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a passion for delivering fine dining experience, great drinks, great service, and great results.
