As Restaurant and Bar Manager at Cairn Group, you will deliver a best‑in‑class dining experience by ensuring smooth service, high standards of food and hospitality, and strong commercial performance. You will manage day‑to‑day restaurant and bar operations, lead a vibrant team, and uphold licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the restaurant and bar daily, maintaining high standards of food, service, and customer satisfaction.
