Job Summary

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will ensure the spa runs smoothly, supporting both service delivery and business performance. You’ll lead the team, support compliance, and create memorable experiences for guests with exceptional standards and personal touches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support smooth running of spa operations and business performance.
  • Lead the service team, ensuring compliance and guest satisfaction.
  • Encourage repeat visits by building rapport with guests and supporting retail sales.
  • Maintain excellent organisation and a calm, friendly demeanour in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle bookings and payments with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a spa or similar guest‑facing role, ideally with knowledge of spa services and products.
  • Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and service standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English.
  • Confidence in handling customer complaints and resolving service issues.
  • Proactive, calm under pressure with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to supervise and develop a team within a service‑led environment.
  • Commercial awareness, understanding of cost control and revenue generation.
  • Flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
