As a Night Manager at Cairn Group, you'll be the overnight leader responsible for maintaining a smooth, secure, and welcoming experience for our guests. You'll oversee front‑of‑house operations during the night shift, checking in guests, handling reservation changes, and ensuring all guest queries are resolved with professionalism and care. You'll also carry out regular security checks, manage basic cleaning and laundry duties, and oversee the set‑up of meeting and event spaces to the required standard. This hands‑on role includes cash handling, card transactions, reconciliation, and preparing for the day ahead, ensuring a full and accurate handover to the morning team.
