About the Role The Hotel Indigo London Kensington is situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, our London hotel blends beautifully into this boutique neighbourhood.
At first glance, our building's original role as a luxury Victorian townhouse in a historically affluent area of London can still be felt in our guests hotel experience, with its spacious rooms and warm service.
We're also located close to the Earl's Court tube station, placing all of London's destinations and major transport hubs within easy reach.
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for hotel operations, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team engagement.
Working closely with your leadership team, you'll build a positive culture, maintain high standards, and create opportunities for growth and development across the business.
