As a Kitchen Porter, you\’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running like clockwork, supporting the chefs and wider team by ensuring a clean, tidy, and safe working environment. You\’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, washing up kitchenware, cleaning surfaces and floors, and ensuring all equipment is ready for use when it\’s needed. You may also assist with food preparation during busy periods, and help unload and store deliveries, keeping the kitchen fully stocked and ready for service.
We\’re looking for a Hospitality Hero who takes pride in maintaining a spotless and organised kitchen, a Team Player who works well with others, and someone who is Cool Under Pressure, reliable, and stays on task. You should be Proactive and Organised, managing your duties efficiently, and physically fit, comfortable on your feet all day, lifting deliveries and moving around the kitchen.
