Our Stratford venue is a busy, high‑volume operation with a reputation for quality and consistency, and we’re looking for a Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the kitchen across all services, leading your brigade to deliver exceptional food standards in a fast‑paced, premium environment. You will work closely with senior culinary leadership on menu development, seasonal launches, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full BOH management – team leadership, scheduling, and performance
  • Maintaining food quality and consistency across ALC, brunch, and set menus
  • Food cost control, GP management, and supplier relationships
  • Training and development of kitchen staff at all levels
  • Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, allergen legislation, and food safety standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as Head Chef.
  • Background in premium, high‑volume or upscale casual dining.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of kitchen financials.
  • A confident, calm leader who sets the standard.
