About the role

As a key member of our reservations team, you’ll play an essential role in starting each guest’s journey with us. Often providing the first impression of our hotel, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and personalised experience from the very beginning. You’ll handle both individual and group bookings with efficiency and care, ensuring accuracy in all details and strong communication across departments to support a seamless stay. Your role will include managing all elements of the reservations process—quoting, contracting, securing payments, managing inventory and rates, supporting with extranet platforms, training team members, and achieving monthly targets. You’ll build positive relationships with guests, bookers, and agents to help make our hotel their venue of choice.
