At Treehouse Hotel London, we are looking for an F&B Operations Manager who brings that same spark of curiosity, someone with a flair and ability to generate opportunities and to drive commercial performance. You will lead and mentor a talented Food & Beverage team across both Madera and The Nest… elevating dining experiences, celebrations, private events and everything in between.

As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all outlets within the hotel. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring that each department—from restaurant to bar, banqueting to in-room dining—runs efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational excellence with strategic oversight. You will focus on guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial success, all while upholding brand standards and promoting a culture of service, quality, and professionalism. This is a hands-on role that involves being on your feet, so you’ll bring a positive attitude and the stamina to support our fast-paced environment.

About You: Previous experience as an F&B Manager or Operations Manager within a hotel or similar hospitality environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team. Strong guest focus and excellent interpersonal skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to build a motivated, high-performing team. Commercially astute with solid financial awareness and experience managing P&L. Level 3 Food Safety qualification (or willingness to complete). Strong knowledge of EPOS and hospitality management systems. Proven success in managing budgets, staffing, and service quality simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare venue budgets and forecasts, maximising revenue and meeting/exceeding budgeted EBITDA.
  • Collaborate with Hotel General Manager and Food & Beverage MD, to deliver revenue objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members in line with company policies, enthuse energy in teams to create the best vibe in London!
  • Motivate and lead by example, fostering a collaborative and ‘one team’ approach.
  • Support operations in all departments and act as Manager on Duty when required.
  • Develop initiatives to engage, motivate, and retain employees, aligned with our values and goals.
  • Work with the Marketing Director to create a working plan of activity for all venues, including collaboration with brand partners to create exciting activations throughout the year.
