As part of our commercial team, you will play a key role in driving revenue through proactive sales activity, developing strong client relationships, and positioning Treehouse Hotel as a leading destination for corporate and group business in London. This role will focus on identifying and developing key corporate accounts, agencies, consortia, TMCs, and group opportunities through direct sales activity, networking, client engagement, and relationship management.

The successful candidate will actively promote the hotel within the London market, conduct sales appointments and site visits, attend networking and industry events, and work closely with Director of Sales, Revenue, Reservations and Operations teams to maximise occupancy, ADR and overall commercial performance.

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven individual with strong knowledge of the London hotel market and a proactive approach to sales generation.

About the Role

As Sales Manager – Corporate and Groups, you’ll be responsible for growing the business by building strong client relationships, driving revenue, and representing our hotel portfolio with confidence and professionalism. You’ll be working closely with the Director of Sales to proactively source and generate new corporate and group bedroom business opportunities for the hotel. Attend trade shows, networking events and industry functions representing Treehouse Hotel London and complete telesales campaigns, sales blitzes and proactive outreach activity.

You’ll lead on sales and marketing activity across all key segments, managing existing accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities. Your role will involve proactive outreach, networking, and closing deals that deliver best-in-class guest experiences and commercial performance. Collaborating with operations, revenue, and marketing teams, you’ll ensure a joined-up approach that supports brand consistency and guest satisfaction while growing our presence in the market.
