About the Role:

As a Breakfast Supervisor at Cairn Group, you’ll lead the morning front-of-house team with a smile, setting the tone for outstanding guest experiences from the moment service begins.

Whether welcoming guests, supporting your team, or ensuring operations run like clockwork, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll lead by example—supporting and training the team to deliver warm welcomes, personalised service, and seamless transitions from breakfast to brunch.

You’ll take responsibility for maintaining high standards, from table presentation to food safety protocols, and you’ll work with the wider team to boost guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and create lasting memories that bring guests back time and again.
