About the Role: Great restaurant memories come from many places—the sights, sounds, aromas, and of course, the flavours. As a Commis Chef, you’ll be part of that story—bringing your passion for food, precision, and presentation to every plate. You’ll work under the guidance of a Chef de Partie, rotating through kitchen sections like sauce, vegetables, fish, and butchery, building your skills and experience with every shift.
