We are currently looking for a Sales Manager – Corporate and Groups to join our unique and one of the most popular properties in central London, Treehouse Hotel London. This role will focus on identifying and developing key corporate accounts, agencies, consortia, TMCs, and group opportunities through direct sales activity, networking, client engagement, and relationship management. This role will promote the hotel within the London market, conduct sales appointments and site visits, attend networking and industry events, and work closely with the Director of Sales, Revenue, Reservations and Operations teams to maximise occupancy, ADR and overall commercial performance. You will grow the business by building strong client relationships, driving revenue, and representing our hotel portfolio with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop key corporate accounts, agencies, consortia, TMCs, and group opportunities through direct sales activity, networking, client engagement, and relationship management.
  • Promote the hotel within the London market.
  • Conduct sales appointments and site visits.
  • Attend networking and industry events.
  • Work closely with Director of Sales, Revenue, Reservations and Operations teams to maximise occupancy, ADR and overall commercial performance.
  • Proactively source and generate new corporate and group business opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events and industry functions representing Treehouse Hotel London.
  • Complete telesales campaigns, sales blitzes and proactive outreach activity.
  • Lead sales and marketing activity across all key segments, managing existing accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations, revenue, and marketing teams to ensure a joined‑up approach that supports brand consistency and guest satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience managing corporate and/or group accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of the London hotel market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Experience using hotel systems and CRM platforms.
