Cairn Group in the United Kingdom invites you to join our Reservations team as a Reservations Coordinator. You will be the first friendly contact for guests, handling enquiries and bookings across phone, email and online channels to set the tone for a seamless stay.
You will manage individual and group reservations from enquiry to confirmation, collaborate with Sales, M&E and Revenue teams to maximise occupancy and revenue, and build lasting relationships with regular guests through attentive service.
