About the Role:
As Assistant Front of House Manager, you’ll be the welcoming face of the hotel, setting the tone for a memorable and positive guest experience from the moment they arrive.
Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the reception team, always ensuring the smooth and professional delivery of service.
From team coaching and performance management to setting departmental goals and delivering excellent guest interactions, you’ll lead by example and be a source of motivation and support for your team.
