About the Role
As an Apprentice Chef, you’ll join our Cairn Academy—working alongside our experienced chefs, gaining hands-on experience, and working towards a recognised qualification. You’ll also take part in culinary experience days with fellow apprentices from across the country, building your skills, confidence, and connections.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll rotate through different areas of the kitchen, learning how to prepare consistent, high-quality dishes that delight our guests. From breakfast classics to evening mains, you’ll gain the foundations to kick-start a successful culinary career.
