About the roleβ¦ Leading the way on talent development in this Group role, you will work with the wider HR team, our partners, leaders and teams across the business to devise, embed, measure and continuously improve solutions that deliver skills, capability, and a leadership pipeline that powers great guest experiences. You will champion our values β RISE: Respect, Integrity, Sustainability and Excellence β ensuring they are not just words, but behaviours that power exceptional team and guest experiences every day.
About you... You are naturally inquisitive, commercially aware and passionate about people. You are credible, calm under pressure and comfortable influencing at all levels of the organisation. You will bring:
- Significant experience in talent and L&D within a guest or service-led environment
- Strong practical expertise in talent development, leadership programmes and succession planning
- A track record of designing and delivering engaging, high-impact learning solutions
- Confidence using data and analytics to shape strategy and demonstrate ROI
- High emotional intelligence, empathy and sound judgement
- A collaborative mindset β you think "we", not "me"
- A growth mindset balanced with pragmatism and solutions-focus
- A recognised L&D qualification (CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent experience)
- A clear commitment to your own continued professional development
