About the Role
As Credit Control Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the accounts receivable function across a cluster of Cairn Group properties—ensuring timely and accurate payments from our valued clients.
You’ll post and allocate payments using various Property Management Systems and finance platforms, maintain up-to-date ledgers, and work proactively to resolve any outstanding debts through effective communication and follow-up.
You’ll also issue regular statements, assist with bank postings, and prepare debtor reports—contributing to the team’s goal of reducing aged debt and supporting the overall financial health of the business.
