About the Role:
- You'll help oversee the smooth operation of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional food, service and guest experiences throughout every shift.
- As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll support in managing the team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, and ensuring operations run efficiently.
- You'll also support with performance reporting, stock and cost control, guest feedback response and promotional activities, stepping into full management responsibilities when the Restaurant Manager is absent.
