Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management: Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.).
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.
HR Strategy Alignment: Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
