1. Handle customer service inquiries and complaints regarding orders, inventory, shipment, logistics, and returns/exchanges through online systems.

2. Coordinate with internal warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to drive timely resolution and closure of issues.

3. Document and report customer feedback, and assist in optimizing overseas warehouse service processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English as a working language (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or cross-border logistics is preferred; prior experience in customer service or overseas warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Proficient in office software applications.
  • Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, as well as solid logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
