Administrative Asset Management: Submitting procurement requests for office supplies, furniture, appliances, and daily necessities; receiving and managing inventory.
Daily Operations and Staffing of the Office Area: Including workstation allocation, maintenance and repair of logistical facilities, and environmental sanitation management.
Enhancing Employee Experience: Including maintenance and improvement of the warehouse work environment and logistical infrastructure. Organizing or assisting with holiday and team-building activities; regularly conducting community activities.
