Routine IT Support: Provide technical support for employees' computers, printers, scanners, and other equipment. Handle issues related to system login, email, VPN, and network connectivity.
Equipment and Asset Management: Responsible for the registration, issuance, retrieval, and maintenance of IT assets such as computers, monitors, and mobile devices.
Network and System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the company's LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, and other network equipment. Monitor network stability and handle network anomalies. Assist in managing infrastructure such as servers, NAS, and backup systems.
Access Control and Account Management: Create, modify, and disable employee accounts (email, system permissions, application permissions). Ensure that permission allocation complies with security standards.
Information Security and Compliance: Implement the company's IT security policies, including patch updates, antivirus protection, and access control. Monitor potential security risks and report them promptly. Assist in conducting security training or awareness campaigns.
Job Requirements:
