Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management: Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.).

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.

HR Strategy Alignment: Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Performance Management: Take part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Work Experience: Prior experience in warehouse labor management is preferred; candidates should be familiar with managing outsourced labor suppliers and possess strong negotiation skills.
  • HR-related experience: HR experience in logistics setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, collaboration, and vendor management skills required.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and relevant management tools.
  • Language requirements: Applicants must be proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese, and be able to communicate and coordinate effectively.
