With a strong track record of successful investments and a commitment to delivering value to our clients and stakeholders, they are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as Director of Real Estate Asset Management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize the financial performance of the real estate portfolio.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, property performance, and investment opportunities to identify value enhancement initiatives and drive asset optimization.
- Lead the asset management team in executing business plans, including leasing strategies, capital improvements, and disposition strategies, to achieve targeted investment objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful operation and management of properties.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the portfolio, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including acquisitions, development, property management, and legal, to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to asset management team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12-16 years of progressive experience in real estate asset management, with a proven track record of success in managing institutional-quality a diverse range of real estate portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic asset management plans to enhance property value and drive investment returns.
- Excellent understanding of real estate markets, asset classes, and industry dynamics, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams, delegate responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment.
