Our client leading asset management business specialising in all real estate asset classes. With a strong track record of successful investments and a commitment to delivering value to our clients and stakeholders, they are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as Director of Real Estate Asset Management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize the financial performance of the real estate portfolio.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, property performance, and investment opportunities to identify value enhancement initiatives and drive asset optimization.
  3. Lead the asset management team in executing business plans, including leasing strategies, capital improvements, and disposition strategies, to achieve targeted investment objectives.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful operation and management of properties.
  5. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the portfolio, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial targets.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including acquisitions, development, property management, and legal, to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
  7. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to asset management team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 12-16 years of progressive experience in real estate asset management, with a proven track record of success in managing institutional-quality a diverse range of real estate portfolios.
  3. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic asset management plans to enhance property value and drive investment returns.
  4. Excellent understanding of real estate markets, asset classes, and industry dynamics, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  5. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams, delegate responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment.
