A superb opportunity to join a leading test organisation based in the UK. Due to incredible growth, this organisation, which is part of a much larger global enterprise, is looking to increase its team of EMC Project Managers.
Job Summary
Working as part of the consultancy team, you will be tasked with making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget. As the main point of contact and conduit between all parties, it is your responsibility to ensure all stakeholders' expectations are met. You will be working directly with an innovative EV vehicle OEM, so great customer-facing attributes are a prerequisite, along with good verbal and written skills.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and develop EMC Team processes.
- Manage all project-related tasks such as baking of resources and facilities.
- Communicate all project status points in a timely manner to all programme stakeholders.
- Manage all documentation and reports applicable to the programme.
- Interact with design teams to advise on hardware EMC specifications.
The Person:
- Good and strong experience in project management.
- Good customer-facing skills.
- Previous automotive engineering experience.
- Ability to liaise with project stakeholders at multiple levels.
- A good understanding of EMC automotive standards.
- Previous experience in a similar EV-focused role would be highly advantageous.
- Great organisational skills.
- A flexible attitude and open to change.
