CAFOD is looking for a Data Processing Assistant to join us on a temporary contract, providing support to our Campaigns and Supporter Care teams. In this role, you will process contact data using CAFOD’s database systems and Excel-based log sheets. The post holder will process data generated by the campaign petition in parishes during spring and summer 2026. This will include entering names, addresses, and other contact details into Excel spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy. The role will also offer an opportunity to gain insight into the wider work of the organisation, particularly the work of the Campaigns team. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of supporter contact details, including names, addresses, email addresses, and other data, into CAFOD databases and Excel spreadsheets.
Desirable Criteria
- Excellent data entry skills, with a strong focus on speed and accuracy
- Good attention to detail and the ability to meet processing deadlines
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience using a CRM system is a bonus
