Weekend and Bank Holiday Receptionist - HV30-208 Brighton Volkswagen We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Brighton Volkswagen branch.
This is a customer-focused role where you’ll play a key part in creating a positive first impression for visitors, managing incoming calls efficiently, and ensuring our hospitality area is always presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities Reception Welcome customers and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department.
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, transferring calls efficiently.
Handle customer enquiries courteously and accurately.
Take and distribute messages using the computer diary system and email where required.
Ensure all visitors receive a warm and professional experience.
Hospitality Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming hospitality area.
Prepare and serve refreshments to customers and visitors.
Wash up and keep kitchen and hospitality facilities clean and organised.
Ensure drinks and hospitality supplies are fully stocked.
