Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for customer service and administration? Caffyns Plc, a leading name in the automotive industry, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our vibrant team at our Tunbridge Wells CUPRA/Skoda/SEAT branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Sales Manager and team with invoicing, vehicle bookings, and ensuring all sales paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, handling queries and complaints with care.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records, input data into systems, and ensure all manufacturer information is up to date.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, Trading Standards, and health & safety procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, manufacturers, suppliers, and head office to maintain efficient processes and strong relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualifications: GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain accuracy under pressure. A professional and approachable telephone manner.
  • Experience: Previous sales administration experience is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of the motor industry is a plus!
  • Personal Attributes: A smart appearance, confidentiality, flexibility, and a calm, customer-focused approach even under pressure.
