Your Role As our Local Business Development Manager, you will:
- Actively prospect, win, and retain Local Business Fleet customers
- Deliver against monthly sales targets and grow our fleet business
- Build strong B2B relationships through face-to-face meetings, networking, and events
- Promote Audi’s reputation by upholding brand standards and excellent customer service
- Work closely with the General Sales Manager to shape and execute strategic growth plans
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is:
- Motivated and results-oriented, with a strong track record in Local Business sales or B2B development
- Confident in building relationships and delivering value in a competitive marketplace
- Organised, professional, and tech-savvy, with strong communication skills
- Committed to delivering customer satisfaction at every stage of the process
- FCA approved, or willing to complete accreditation upon joining
You’ll Need:
- Full UK driving licence
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Confidence in prospecting, cold-calling, and closing deals
- A polished, professional approach with a smart appearance
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience with Power (motor retail IT system)
- Understanding of vehicle sales processes
- Knowledge of Audi’s fleet offering and competitive landscape
