We set ourselves to create the ultimate coffee experience for you from our range of 11 espresso beans and 8 filter coffee and cafeteria coffees which includes Fairtrade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance coffees. Coffee Machines Experts We’re a dynamic family-run coffee business offering a range of professional espresso coffee machines, bean-to-cup coffee machines and coffee grinders for offices, restaurants, cafes and businesses. About the role Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for establishing viable opportunities, contacting prospective customers, evaluating leads and booking sales meetings. You will also have the opportunity to sell to our already extensive existing client base. Key Responsibilities: ·Be comfortable working closely with the whole team; you are the centre point between the Marketing team who work at one end of the funnel, and the operational team. ·You will be working within the sales team yet responsible for your own results. The role involves approaching businesses that may not have heard about Caffia yet. As you grow in the role, you will also be expected to source your own leads and use your initiative in identifying the best people to approach ·Confident on the telephone to speak with both totally new and existing contacts.·Some experience of either sales, business development or customer service with demonstrable results-driven outcomes is required.·Good at prospecting cold leads and accurate at qualifying warm leads·Conduct thorough research on leads, engaging in proactive outreach, developing extensive knowledge of this market, and taking on other key activities to help thoughtfully and effectively qualify leads·Establish who is the decision-maker and identify whether the company could use the product range, dig a little deeper to find out if the projects identified need our clients solution, and within what timeframe. Where possible, also establish budget parameters.·Good IT skills and ideally, some experience with a CRM system About you: In order for you to be successful in this role you will need to be; proactive and results oriented with excellent relationship building skills.An understanding of the Food and Beverage Industry is also highly beneficial.
