Your Role
As a Marshal, you’re more than just part of the team—you’re the energy of the Yard. You’ll be welcoming guests, ensuring a well-organised and tidy outdoor space, and sparking engaging conversations about all things automotive. Whether directing vehicles, enforcing road safety, or sharing knowledge about upcoming events, you’ll create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back for more.
Core Responsibilities:
Consistent CUSTOMER Satisfaction – Maintain a spotless and well-organised Yard, uphold road safety standards, and deliver top-tier service with a smile.
Generating SALES Growth – Ensure all vehicles are accounted for, assist with check-ins and payments, and create excitement for upcoming events.
Inspiring PEOPLE Happiness – Be an active part of the Marshal team, supporting Newbies, learning about vehicle heritage, and keeping up with automotive trends.
Optimising PROFIT Results – Maximise venue capacity, maintain cleanliness, and always be ready to lend a hand in the Store when needed.
