About the Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role working with premium commercial coffee equipment across the UK – including Victoria Arduino, Nuova Simonelli and more. An experience on Schaerer BTC machines is an advantage.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining commercial coffee machines
  • Responding to breakdowns and service calls in the field
  • Completing jobs and logging work using our Field Service Software
  • Supporting customers with a professional, friendly approach
  • Working closely with our Service team as we continue to grow

What we’re looking for:

Experience & skills:
  • 3+ years’ experience as a field-based coffee engineer
  • Strong technical knowledge of traditional and bean-to-cup machines
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proof of The Right to Work in the UK
  • Confident, organised, and calm under pressure
  • A genuine interest in coffee and equipment
Knowledge:
  • A genuine interest in coffee and coffee equipment
  • Experience with diary management and scheduling
  • Experience with Field Service Software (desirable, not essential)
  • Positive, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Reliable, organised, and supportive of the wider team
  • Flexible when needed to help keep things running smoothly
  • Professional in presentation and approach
